By submitting this form and paying the registration fee you agree as follows: 

I knowingly and at my own risk enter the Green Earth Clean Earth race, run and/or walk, waive and release the sponsors, members and officials for any and all injuries or damages that I may incur or suffer as a result of my participation or attendance at this event, and hold them harmless for and against any and all actions, claims, including legal fees, which may at any time be incurred by reason of my participation in the event. I understand that anyone entering this event that is not adequately trained is taking a risk of suffering injuries. I do state that I am physically prepared to participate in this event.
