Participants are required to wear farm appropriate attire. Footwear previously worn in other barns is not allowed, or must be cleaned, disinfected and free of debris to avoid cross contamination.

Participants waive and release the sponsors, farmers and coordinators for any and all injuries or damages that they may incur or suffer as a result of their participation or attendance at this event, and hold them harmless for and against any and all actions, claims, including legal fees, which may at any time be incurred by reason of their participation in the event.

Completing this form is not a guarentee of participation. The SWCD office will contact you to confirm your ticket. Only 50 spots are available. A complete schedule of events will be provided to each participant prior to the day of the tour.
